Frequently Asked Questions
Creative 360 creates professional virtual tours and immersive 360° media for businesses, real estate, venues and organisations across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland. Below are answers to common questions about our services.
What does Creative 360 do?
Creative 360 produces virtual tours, Google Virtual Tours, custom interactive 360° tours, real estate virtual tours and 360 3D VR video production. Our work helps businesses and property owners showcase their spaces online, attract more customers and give viewers a clearer sense of the location before they visit.
What is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is an interactive online experience that lets people explore a real space from their phone, tablet, computer or VR headset. Viewers can look around, move between areas and understand the layout, atmosphere and features of a location without being physically there.
What is the difference between a Google Virtual Tour and a custom virtual tour?
A Google Virtual Tour is designed for visibility on Google platforms, including Google Search and Google Maps. A custom virtual tour gives more creative control and can include branding, hotspots, videos, floor plans, music, links, labels, product information and other interactive features on your own website.
How can a Google Virtual Tour help my visibility on Google Maps?
A Google Virtual Tour can strengthen your Google Business Profile by giving customers a more complete and engaging view of your business on Google Search and Google Maps. Google’s current name for a business listing is Google Business Profile, and it is the profile customers see when they find your business on Google.
Adding a virtual tour to your Google Business Profile can help customers spend more time exploring your business, understand your location before visiting, and feel more confident choosing you. This can improve user engagement, build trust, and make your profile more attractive compared with competitors that only show basic photos.
While no one can guarantee higher Google rankings, a complete and engaging Google Business Profile with professional photos, virtual tour content, accurate business information, reviews, and regular updates can support local SEO and help your business present better on Google Maps.
Why should my business use a virtual tour?
A virtual tour helps customers understand your space before they arrive. It can increase trust, improve engagement, reduce uncertainty and make your business stand out from competitors. For venues, shops, showrooms, gyms, restaurants, aged care facilities, schools and offices, it gives people a more realistic preview than photos alone.
Can a virtual tour help attract more customers?
Yes. A virtual tour can keep visitors engaged for longer, give them confidence in your business and make your website or Google listing more useful. When people can explore your space online, they are more likely to understand what you offer and take the next step, such as booking, visiting, enquiring or requesting a quote.
Do you create virtual tours for real estate agents?
Yes. Creative 360 creates real estate virtual tours for houses, apartments, townhouses, rental properties, developments, commercial premises and short-stay accommodation. These tours help buyers, tenants and investors inspect a property online before arranging a physical inspection.
Do virtual tours replace open homes?
No. Virtual tours do not replace open homes. They support them. A virtual tour helps buyers and tenants understand the property online first, so the people who attend inspections are often more informed and better qualified. Open homes still remain important for emotion, urgency, competition and face-to-face conversations.
What is 360 VR video production?
360 VR video production creates immersive video where viewers can look around the scene in every direction. It can be viewed on a phone, tablet, desktop, YouTube or compatible VR headset. Creative 360 can produce 360° 2D video, 360° 3D VR video, 180° 2D video and 180° 3D video depending on the project.
What is the difference between 360 2D and 360 3D VR video?
A 360° 2D video lets viewers look around in all directions, but it does not create depth. A 360° 3D VR video adds depth and dimension when viewed in a compatible VR headset, creating a stronger feeling of presence, as if the viewer is inside the scene.
What quality can your 360 VR videos be captured in?
Creative 360 can capture high-resolution immersive video using professional 360 VR camera equipment, including 8K 2D and 8K 3D formats. This allows for a more detailed and immersive viewing experience, especially when watched on larger screens or in VR headsets.
Can you add branding and information inside a virtual tour?
Yes. Custom virtual tours can include logos, labels, clickable hotspots, room names, business information, videos, images, website links, booking links, social media links, music, floor plans and promotional content. This makes the tour more useful and more aligned with your brand.
Can virtual tours be embedded on my website?
Yes. Virtual tours can be embedded into your website or shared as a direct link. They can also be used in emails, social media, digital campaigns, property listings and presentations.
Can people view the tours on mobile phones?
Yes. Creative 360 virtual tours and 360 videos can be viewed on mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers and compatible VR headsets. We aim to make the viewing experience practical and accessible across common devices.
Which locations do you service?
Creative 360 works with clients across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and South East Queensland. Depending on the project, we may also assist businesses and property owners in other Australian locations.
What types of businesses can use a virtual tour?
Almost any business with a physical space can benefit from a virtual tour. They are especially useful for restaurants, cafés, retail shops, showrooms, gyms, hotels, aged care facilities, schools, offices, medical clinics, beauty salons, event venues, tourism businesses, real estate listings, commercial premises, warehouses and accommodation providers. A virtual tour helps customers explore your space online, understand what to expect before they visit, and feel more confident choosing your business.
How much does a virtual tour cost?
The cost of a virtual tour depends on the type of tour, the size of the location, the number of panoramas required, travel distance, and any custom features such as hotspots, labels, floor plans, videos, music, branding, or website embedding. A small business tour may require only a few panoramas, while a larger venue, aged care facility, school, hotel, or commercial property may need many more scenes. Our cheapest price is a Small Package of Google Virtual Tour consisting of up to 6 panoramas.
When do travel fees apply?
Travel fees may apply when the shooting location is more than 120 km from Brisbane City. If your business, property, or venue is outside this distance, Creative 360 will confirm any travel cost before the booking so there are no surprises.
Do you offer fixed virtual tour packages?
Some projects can be quoted using standard package pricing, especially when the number of panoramas is clear. More customised tours are quoted individually because the final price depends on the level of interactivity, editing, hosting, branding, and how the tour will be used online.
Why do prices vary between Google Virtual Tours, custom tours and 360 VR video?
Each service requires a different workflow. Google Virtual Tours are usually focused on publishing panoramic imagery to a Google Business Profile. Custom virtual tours can include interactive hotspots, branding, links, videos, labels, music, and website integration. 360 VR video production involves filming, stitching, editing, audio, and video delivery. Because the production process is different, pricing varies by service.
I don’t know how many panoramas I need. Can you still provide a quote?
Yes. If you are not sure how many panoramas your business needs, send us your location, type of business, number of rooms or areas, and any available floor plans or still photos of the space. Anything you can provide will help us estimate the number of panoramas required and prepare a more accurate quote.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes. Creative 360 can provide a quote before you book. Send us details about your business or property, the location, the approximate size of the space, and the type of virtual tour or 360 VR video you need. If possible, include a floor plan, website link, or photos of the space so we can recommend the most suitable option.
Is a virtual tour a one-time cost?
In many cases, the production of the virtual tour is a one-time cost. However, some projects may also involve optional ongoing costs such as hosting, updates, additional panoramas, custom changes, or future re-shoots if the business layout changes. We will explain any ongoing costs before the project starts.
How do I book a virtual tour or 360 VR video shoot?
